Size of kimono and other related garments

Kimono, haori, and obi are extremely versatile garments, for they are said to be true one-size-fits-all garments. Following are some more detailed sizes.

Kimono are approximately 48 to 50 inches wide (from sleeve tip to sleeve tip) and 56 to 61 inches long.

Obi range from 6 to 12 1/2 inches wide and 125 to 175 inches long, depending on the type.

Haori are approximately 48 to 50 inches wide (from sleeve tip to sleeve tip).
