If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Kimono Source, you are entitled to a refund of the full price of the item. All returns must be sent back to Kimono Source within five business days of receipt of your purchase. Unfortunately, shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
All refunds will be issued by check.

Please enclose a copy of the receipt that we sent with your purchase, and please return any item in the same condition in which you received it from us.
Kimono Source makes no guarantee about the nature of the materials used in the kimono, obi, haori, michiyuki and other traditional Japanese garments that we sell. "Probable material" is indicated on the product pages, but because of the difficulty in knowing with certainty a material without appropriate and potentially destructive tests (e. g., burning a piece of the material), we do not guarantee with certainty what materials are used. However, you are still entitled to use the return/refund process described above, but it is essential that the item is returned to us in the condition in which it was delivered to you.
